Mind Movement Collective
A space to be -
with your becoming...
An evolving space for healing, creativity, self-relationship, and the messy process of bringing meaningful things into existence.

Most of us know what we long for...
A different life.
A creative project.
A healthier relationship.
A sense of belonging.
A dream we have carried quietly for years.
The difficult part is rarely dreaming.
The difficult part is staying with ourselves in the messy middle between where we are and where we hope to be.
This is where doubt appears.
Where self-worth falters.
Where old wounds return.
Where we abandon ourselves, our dreams, or both.
Sometimes what stands between us and the life we long for is not a lack of motivation, discipline, or clarity.
Sometimes it is the weight of what we have carried and the relationship we have come to have with ourselves because of it.
Mind Movement Collective is an exploration of this space.
Not the space after creation.
Not the finished product.
The space before.
The space during.
The space where things are uncertain, unfinished, and alive.
A space for people creating something — a life, a relationship, a piece of art, a business, a community, or simply a different way of being.
A space for people learning how to remain in relationship with themselves while doing so.
MMC is still evolving...
For now, it is a conversation, an experiment, and an invitation. And Magan Labs is where the inner experimentation continues...
If you have ideas, questions, hopes, dreams, or thoughts about what this could become, I would love to hear from you.
What are you trying to create?
What keeps getting in the way?
What kind of support, conversation, or collective do you wish existed?
Let's move together.
About Me
My name is Shilka Agarwal
My journey has taken me through branding, business development, theatre, poetry, spirituality, coaching, expressive arts, movement, and the study of trauma and healing.
Today, I work as a trauma-informed therapist and expressive movement therapist, supporting adults in cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves, their emotions, their bodies, and their lives.
Many of the questions that gave rise to Mind Movement Collective also shape my therapeutic work:
How do we remain in relationship with ourselves when things become difficult?
How do we move toward what matters while carrying the weight of what we have lived through?
How do we create lives that are aligned, meaningful, and deeply our own?
If these questions resonate with you and you are looking for therapeutic support, I offer one-on-one sessions online and in person.
You are welcome to reach out.
